Indian River Firearm Arrest Lawyer Two local Indian River County men were arrested recently after they took turns shooting at an empty beer box. The men’s ages are 64 and 46. Sheriff’s investigators reported that the two parked a vehicle off of a dirt road near Interstate 95. That’s when they began firing off rounds at the box. A 37-year-old Indian River County man was arrested last week after reportedly attacking and threatening to shoot a woman who was walking on the side of 29th Avenue. She reported that he knocked her cell phone from her hand and punched her in the face. The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office reports that the man then pulled a gun out from his waistband and then told the woman “I’ve got nothing to lose.” The woman said that she then ran away. The man, who had previously served two years in prison, was taken to the St. Lucie County jail and arraigned on bail of $100,250.
