Deputies say the woman was traveling at 84 miles per hour in a 45 mile per hour zone. She was subsequently stopped and arrested. The arrest report states that she was uncooperative with police when she was stopped and that she refused to submit to a breathalyzer test and tossed out profanities to the officer.
According to the official website of the Martin County High School, the woman teaches freshman students. The CBS 12 News channel attempted to speak with officials from the school. However, the school’s offices were closed until January 6, 2014.
