A 23 year-old man named Admerson Cleber Eugenio Vicente has been charged with DUI manslaughter. He has also been charged with driving without a license. He crashed into another vehicle while he was driving in Broward County. The crashed killed two sisters, Alexis and Brittany Musumeci.
